Stainless steel filter mesh sheets can be classified by process as follows:
1. Multi-layer spot-welded filter mesh sheets. 2. Multi-layer edge-wrapped filter mesh sheets.
They can be classified by shape into circular, rectangular, waist-shaped, oval, etc. Multi-layer mesh sheets can be double-layered or three-layered.
The diameter of filter mesh sheet filters ranges from 5 millimeters to 600 millimeters.
Performance: It has the properties of acid resistance, alkali resistance, temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, etc.
Application: It is used in industries such as mining, petroleum, chemical industry, food, medicine, and machinery manufacturing. In an extruder, a metal wire mesh group with different mesh sizes supported by a screen plate in front of the barrel serves to filter the molten material flow and increase the material flow resistance, thereby filtering out mechanical impurities and improving the mixing or plasticizing effect.
Filter meshes can be divided into textile fiber filter meshes and metal ones, etc. Machines equipped with filter meshes are called filters, which are used to filter natural water and food.
